Professional directory
What a free listing looks like
Before you spend five minutes on the application, here is the whole offer: the card a visitor sees, what we verify, what it costs, and what we will never do with your details.
The card visitors see
This is the layout, filled with placeholder text rather than a real firm. Nothing in the directory is invented: a card only exists once a real professional applies and we verify the license behind it.

ALTA Surveyor
Serving: the counties you name on the application
Two or three sentences in your own words about the easement work you take on: boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys, locating a recorded corridor on the ground, resolving an access dispute, or preparing the legal description a county will accept. Written by you, not by us.

What it costs and what we ask
- Free, with no upsell. There is no paid tier, no placement auction and no lead fee. If that changes, existing listings stay free and we will say so on this page first.
- One verification step. We check the license or registration number you give against the issuing state board's public lookup. Attorneys are checked against the state bar. If we cannot find it, we email you rather than rejecting the application silently.
- You control the copy. Send an edit and we change it. Ask to be removed and the listing comes down the same day.
- Your details are not resold. We do not sell the directory as a mailing list and we do not pass your address to advertisers.
Who reaches these pages
The library covers easement types, state law, county recording practice and how to read a recorded instrument. People arrive mid-problem: a buyer whose title commitment lists a Schedule B exception nobody explained, an owner who found a utility corridor crossing the building envelope, a builder trying to work out how close to a platted easement they can pour. Those visitors are already past the browsing stage, and the question they ask next is almost always local: who near me can measure this, search it or argue it.
We would rather show three genuine local professionals than thirty scraped ones, so the directory grows slowly and by application only.

The form asks for your firm, your service type, the state and counties you cover, and a contact email. Everything else is optional and can be added after approval.
