Question 1

What does it cost to run a report?

Accepted Answer

Address search, the lot picker, aerial map browsing and the county records lookup are always free. On the Free plan you get 1 report per calendar month at no charge, and each additional report is a one-time $5 purchase. No subscription required.

Question 2

What do the paid plans include?

Accepted Answer

Starter: $60/month for 20 reports, then $4 per additional report, 1 login. Pro: $100/month for 50 reports, then $3 per additional report, 3 logins. Team: $250/month for 250 reports, then $2 per additional report, 6 logins.

Question 3

What counts as one report?

Accepted Answer

One report credit covers a single property report of any kind. An instant address report, an enhanced GIS report, a Map Exhibit, or a Title Policy Analyzer run. You are charged once, when the report is first created. Every later re-render, PDF or GeoJSON export, share link and co-branding change on that same report is free.

Question 4

When does my included report allowance reset?

Accepted Answer

On the Free plan the allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month. On a paid plan it resets on your subscription's renewal date, the same day each month that you first subscribed, so a mid-month upgrade does not shorten your first cycle.

Question 5

What happens when I use up my included reports?

Accepted Answer

Nothing stops working. You keep unlimited free address search, lot picking and map browsing, and you can buy additional reports at your plan's rate ($5 on Free, $4 on Starter, $3 on Pro, $2 on Team) either one at a time or in a bundle.

Question 6

Do purchased reports expire?

Accepted Answer

Purchased reports never expire. Your free monthly report resets on the first of each month.

Question 7

Can I see which reports used my allowance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The report history page lists every report you have generated with its date, status, and whether it came out of your monthly allowance or a purchased credit.

Question 8

How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Open the pricing page and choose a plan to upgrade, or use the Manage plan card on your account to switch tiers or cancel. Cancelling keeps your access for the rest of the paid cycle, and any purchased reports stay in your balance afterwards.

Question 9

What if a payment is declined?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription is marked past due and the report you were generating is not charged. Update the card on file and retry. Nothing is lost, and any report parked mid-purchase is released so you can start it again.

Question 10

Do I get a receipt?

Accepted Answer

Every subscription charge and one-time report purchase is receipted by email from our payment processor. Reach out through the contact form if you need a copy or an invoice with company details.

Question 11

Is my payment information stored on Easements.com?

Accepted Answer

No. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; we only ever see the plan, the amount and the status of a charge.
