Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers.

Documents and analysis: the title commitment or preliminary report you upload, a content hash of that file, the extracted text, and the generated audit (property address, risk level, exceptions, citations).

Payment data: when you purchase a report or subscription, Stripe processes your card details. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

Our application data runs on Supabase. It hosts your account/authentication records, the reports table containing your audits, the cached analysis results keyed by document hash, and the private storage bucket holding files attached to support and legal inquiries.

Access is enforced with row-level security: report rows and attachments are readable only by the account that created them (and by administrators handling a support or legal inquiry you submitted). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the provider.

We use Stripe to process report and subscription payments. Stripe receives the billing information required to complete the transaction, such as your card details and billing address. We do not receive or store complete card numbers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its privacy policy and by our agreement with Stripe.

Document text and page images are sent to our AI provider through Lovable’s AI gateway to produce the audit. Results are cached by document hash so the same file is not re-analyzed; the cached analysis is not linked to your identity, and the report itself remains private to your account.

Transactional emails — such as report-ready notifications and purchase receipts — are sent from notify.easements.com through Lovable’s managed email service, which handles delivery, bounces, and unsubscribes. We do not send marketing email.

Reports and uploaded documents are retained while your account is active so you can revisit them at closing. Deleting your account removes your reports and attachments. Payment and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law and our accounting policies; if you need those records removed, email support@easements.com and we will handle the request in accordance with that retention schedule.

We do not sell your data, share your documents with third parties other than the processors described above, or use your documents to advertise to you.
